1. About the platform

tvojasvadba.mk is an online directory that connects couples planning a wedding with venues, bands, photographers and other wedding service providers. By using the platform, you agree to the terms below.

2. Role of the platform

tvojasvadba.mk provides discovery and initial contact between couples and businesses. We are not a party to contracts, bookings or payments between them. Each service agreement is concluded directly between the couple and the selected business, under their full responsibility.

3. Accuracy of information

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of the information, prices, photographs and descriptions on their profiles. tvojasvadba.mk does not guarantee the accuracy, availability or quality of services shown on the platform and reserves the right to request corrections or remove a profile containing inaccurate, false or misleading information.

4. Business responsibilities

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the business
• Upload only photographs they have the right to use
• Respond to quote requests within a reasonable time
• Respect the privacy of data received through quote requests

5. Packages and subscriptions

Business profiles are published according to the selected package (Basic, Plus or Premium) and remain publicly visible while the subscription is active. When a subscription expires, the profile is no longer publicly visible, but its content is retained and restored automatically when the subscription is renewed. Exact prices and payment conditions are agreed directly with the platform administrators.

6. Visitor responsibilities

When sending a quote request, you agree to provide accurate contact information and to use the platform only for legitimate purposes related to wedding planning.

7. Intellectual property

The design, logo and content created by tvojasvadba.mk are the property of the platform. Photographs and descriptions uploaded by businesses remain their property. By uploading them, the business authorises the platform to display them publicly within the directory.

8. Limitation of liability

tvojasvadba.mk is not liable for damages, disputes or dissatisfaction arising from agreements between couples and businesses. The platform is provided as is, without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia.
