1. Who processes your data

tvojasvadba.mk is a wedding directory where couples can find venues, bands and photographers, while businesses can promote their services. This page explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it and what rights you have in relation to that data.

2. What data we collect

When you send a quote request to a business: your full name, email address, phone number, wedding date, approximate number of guests and the message entered in the form. This information is sent directly to the selected business so it can respond to your request.

When you register or receive a business profile: your login email and password, business name and description, city, phone number, contact email, address, website and social-media links, and any photos you upload.

When you send a message through the contact form: your name, email address and the content of your message.

When you create a My Wedding profile: your name, email address, phone number, wedding date and city, guest count, planned budget, saved and booked providers, agreed prices, deposits, checklist items, budget entries and quote-request history.

When you use the guest list and seating plan: guest names, a phone number if you choose to enter it, side or family group, RSVP status, guest type, menu choice, allergies, notes and table assignment. Enter only data that is necessary for organising your wedding and that you have an appropriate basis to process.

3. Why we use this data

• To connect couples with businesses through quote requests
• To provide login and business-profile management
• To answer questions submitted through the contact form
• To maintain and improve the platform's functionality

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is processed through services that are necessary for the platform to operate.

Quote requests are shared only with the business to which they are addressed. Guest lists and seating plans are not shared automatically. A restaurant receives read-only access only when the user explicitly enables the Share with restaurant option.

5. How long we keep data

Business-profile data, My Wedding profiles, budgets, guest lists and seating plans are retained while the user account remains active on the platform. Quote requests are retained so that couples and businesses can review their communication history. To request earlier deletion of your data, contact us at the email address below.

6. Your rights

Under the personal data protection laws of North Macedonia, you have the right to:

• request access to the data we hold about you
• request correction of inaccurate data
• request deletion of your data
• withdraw consent to processing at any time

7. Cookies

The platform uses necessary cookies for login and session management through Supabase Auth. First-party analytics is activated only after the visitor accepts the consent banner. It measures visits, page views, traffic sources and interactions with business profiles. The analytics uses pseudonymous identifiers in local and session storage, does not store raw IP addresses and does not track behaviour across other websites. For signed-in users, saved profiles are synchronised with the user account.

8. Security

Passwords are never stored in readable form. Access to administration and business panels is protected by authentication and database-level access rules. A guest list is available only to the profile owner, unless a final seating plan is deliberately shared with the booked restaurant.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be published on this page with a new revision date.
